Game Jam Time
Once a month, Cipher Prime hosts a Game Jam during Dev Night. Each game jam has its own theme, which is decided upon and announced that week. Everyone has until the following week to create a game for the jam. We accept both analog and digital games and recommend you don’t spend more than 12hrs on jam. Find out more »
Showcase Night
For every gamejam there must be a nice where we crown our victors. Showcase night is the perfect night to show off your gamejam game or anything else you’ve been working on. For those of you who didn’t get a chance to make anything, this is the best time to come and see what the Philadelphia Game Scene is made out of. Find out more »
Chill Out w/ Possible QA
Every good event needs a day where everyone can cut loose. Our 3rd Thursdays are all about that. This is the perfect time to socialize and meet new friends. We also use this day as our Random Event day where we schedule things like Indie Dev QA’s and Game Tournaments. This is a great opportunity to run your own little event. Find out more »
Game a Month Club
Challenge yourself to play 1 game a month, then bring your opinions back to the group. We discuss all manner of details about the game from it’s production quality, level design, and even it’s marketing. This is a great way to be introduced to more obscure games. We also frequently do giveaways for games on this night. Find out more »
